Go by the current locations page. Public drop-off is 1916 Nokomis Street, every Saturday morning. 2115 Jefferson Street is for licensed haulers, and the business entrance is at another Nokomis address. The public can’t use those.
Call 320-763-9340 and ask item by item. The pages list no set paint fee or load limit. Name latex, oil paint, thinner and spray cans separately, and ask which PaintCare covers. Not all chemical disposal is free.
Starbuck’s Environmental Center isn’t a paint option: its South Site list doesn’t include paint or hazardous waste. Use Nokomis Street in Alexandria unless staff say otherwise.
