Otter Tail runs mobile collections with Wilkin, Wadena, Grant, Stevens and Traverse counties. The 2026 events ran May through September in towns like Rothsay, Henning, Battle Lake, Ottertail, Bluffton, Vergas, Deer Creek, Perham, Pelican Rapids, Parkers Prairie and New York Mills. PaintCare lists the Pope/Douglas center in Alexandria for Pope and Douglas county households only, so it isn't an option for Otter Tail residents.
