We checked Washington County's 2026 Citizens Guide and recycling FAQ, Hagerstown's trash pages, MDE's county table and PaintCare's October 6 map data. A tip said Forty West takes paint; the county says it takes no liquids and doesn't recycle paint. We found no county hazardous waste event. We didn't check how much room the Hagerstown stores have. The Frederick County residents-only rule comes from PaintCare's listing for that event.
