Book the hazardous waste part first. The county says to set up an appointment before you load hazardous waste. Being able to drop off garbage there doesn't mean it will take chemicals.
When you book, list paint apart from thinner, mineral spirits and solvents. The county asks you to group the waste, give rough amounts and keep products apart. That lets staff answer questions about items the website doesn't cover.
The business option is for qualifying businesses that registered first, and it costs money. It's separate from the free household drop-off. When you get there, leave the load in your car, check in at the office and follow staff's unloading directions.
