From PaintCare’s drop-off map ↗, updated October 6, 2026. Hours and limits are PaintCare’s. Distances are straight-line, not driving.
Ace lists paint recycling and hours to 7 pm weekdays and Saturdays, plus Sundays. Handy, but open doesn’t mean it has room or takes unlimited paint.
Don’t trust old event dates or free disposal. Use Waste-Pro’s hazardous waste question form on weekdays. Ask what it takes, about appointments, cost and business use; regular hours answer none of these.
PaintCare may pick up a large load of house paint free, if it’s at least 100 gallons by can size. Business oil paint still has to meet very small business rules. List solvents and special products separately so they aren’t mistaken for covered paint.
Start with LaGrande Ace, 2212 Island Avenue #290, for house paint. Call 541-605-0152 with your products and can count. It’s open Sundays too.
LaGrande Ace lists paint recycling and is open weekends. Ask separately about solvents and other chemicals; Waste-Pro’s transfer station hours aren’t a hazardous waste appointment.
House paint can go to a PaintCare store. For other chemicals, send Waste-Pro a hazardous waste question: what it takes, the cost and how to arrange it.
PaintCare’s latest yearly report puts Miller’s Home Center at 3109 May Lane; older flyers say Greenwood Street. Call to check before counting on it.
Also try Miller’s Home Center, 3109 May Lane, 541-963-3113. It’s in PaintCare’s 2025 report, but we couldn’t confirm it still takes paint or its hours. Free large-volume pickup requests: View program details ↗ .

Keep paint apart from spray cans, glue and deck cleaner. Tell Ace if it’s household or business paint, and ask about space.
Full preparation checklist →Not without approval. Waste-Pro’s contact form takes hazardous waste questions, but its page doesn’t say it takes chemicals walk-in.
The current list says 3109 May Lane. Call to ask about paint first.
Ace lists recycling but no total limit. Miller’s is an older lead. Ask Waste-Pro what chemicals it takes and the price.
