Businesses can bring latex or oil house paint that PaintCare covers. The site won't take business thinner, glue, adhesive, roof tar or solvents. Find another hazardous waste option for those. Don't mix them in with the paint.
The landfill closes earlier from November through February than in March–October. Check that hazardous waste is taken on your day, and bring proof you live in Walla Walla County. You have to meet both the landfill rules and the paint rules.
Sudbury takes up to 25 gallons of paint per customer per month, counted by can size. Household rules and business paint rules are different. Businesses should keep thinner and solvents out of a paint drop-off.
