Hazardous waste ends at 4 p.m. Monday–Saturday, though the landfill runs until 5. Don't plan around the landfill closing time. Check holiday hours before loading up.
Pullman Disposal says the county site takes latex and oil paint and has a free swap table. Ask the attendant if your labeled, usable paint can go there. Don't leave cans at a curbside recycling bin.
The county household site doesn't take business waste, of any size. Paint owned by a university isn't the same as a student's own paint. Ask the county where to go, or use PaintCare under its business rules.
