Checked October 16, 2026 from Chenango County's solid waste facilities, waste management, PaintCare, household hazardous waste, paint tips and recycling pages (read in the in-app browser because the county site blocks automated fetches) and PaintCare's New York page, large-volume page and locator data; no calls or visits. Phone numbers differ between the county and PaintCare for North Norwich and Pharsalia; we use the county's numbers. The county spells Brisben's road "Countermarsh"; PaintCare spells it "Coutermarsh." The paint tips page conflicts with the PaintCare page on oil-based paint; neither page is dated, so we follow the PaintCare page, which matches PaintCare's listings. We didn't find a city page on trash or paint, or details on the Latex Paint Exchange. Store hours weren't checked.
